The support workers are lovely to deal with and are very proactive in suggesting solutions to any concerns I may have. Mum has enjoyed their company and assistance and most importantly feels comfortable and safe under their care.
Management have been extremely helpful and provide regular updates and are happy to implement all processes necessary to better their clients way of living. They visit mum to provide services if required, confirm that mum is happy with the services being provided and provide updates to family members, which is priceless especially when living further away from mum and not being able to visit frequently.
